An established ECHO client identified that whilst they were able to work effectively with separate weighbridge and operational software there would be significant benefits to the business to integrate the systems. An intense analysis phase identified a further range of benefits that included:

• anticipated loads, the ECHO system understands which vehicles are scheduled in operation each day and what product they are returning with significantly reducing data entry,
• outbound loads, destinations and products are also recorded within the system enabling immediate reconciliation and stock management.
