A multi-national commercial waste operator identified the need for a mobile solution with which an existing invoicing system could be integrated to allow for cross contract reporting and account consolidation. The commercial module of ECHO enables invoices to be raised against a customer that operates in one or more location, reducing the administration required to setup and maintain commercial clients.
ECHO was deployed to allow for multi-contract, account monitoring that enabled the workforce to provide real time updates from the compatible mobile ECHO solution. The resulting solution has allowed for standardised working practices thus reporting across 6 regions and over 15 contracts.
