ECHO offers comprehensive scheduled and ad hoc service and asset inspection capability that can be used in isolation or within service workflow.
Inspections can be configured and undertaken using mobile technology. Such inspections may include scheduled plant or facilities inspections where failures or out of parameter returns may trigger a maintenance requirement that could be managed through the ECHO system or otherwise passed for rectification. Ad hoc inspections such as incident management or surveys can also be completed enabling instant data gathering and response and providing managers with ability to report on inspections and to be automatically advised of missed, late or out of tolerance responses.
